June 2026: Philip Morris International (PMI) Expands Vaping Portfolio with European Roll-Out of VEEV ONE PLUS
Philip Morris International (PMI) is officially extending its closed-pod vaping lineup with the release of the VEEV ONE PLUS. Designed as a direct evolution of their core VEEV portfolio, the new device targets a major pain point for everyday vapers: battery anxiety and the hassle of carrying backup pods.
The most prominent design shift is the hardware architecture. While the original VEEV ONE adopted a traditional slim pen profile, the PLUS model introduces a wider, ergonomic form factor built for functionality.
The headline feature of the VEEV ONE PLUS is its “Swap & Store” capability. The chassis is wide enough to hold two pods at once—allowing you to vape from one side while securely storing a backup pod right next to it. This makes it incredibly easy to switch flavors on the fly or keep a fresh pod ready without carrying extra packaging.
PMI also gave the internal battery a major boost. It jumps from the original 450 mAh capacity up to 720 mAh, which yields roughly 1,500 puffs on a single full charge. Crucially, the upgrade doesn’t leave early adopters behind. The VEEV ONE PLUS remains 100% backward compatible with the standard 2 ml VEEV ONE prefilled pods, which still feature PMI’s signature Compact Ceramic heating tech and low-liquid detection to stop burnt hits before they start.

The official roll-out across Europe is kicking into high gear for Summer 2026, with launch timelines and retail pricing shifting slightly depending on regional vape taxes and distribution networks. In Portugal, the device is already live on the official VEEV portal in Midnight Blue and Purple, carrying an aggressive introductory price of €5.50. Meanwhile, distribution is actively hitting retail shelves through major tobacco and vape wholesalers in Germany, and specialized online storefronts in France are scheduling their stock to go live mid-summer, where the standalone hardware block is pegged closer to a recommended retail price of €9.99. Standard retail pricing for a twin-pack of VEEV ONE prefilled refill pods consistently floats between €9.00 and €11.00 across these mainland European markets.
With this roll-out, PMI is clearly doubling down on convenience, ensuring that users can transition smoothly to updated hardware without rendering their existing pod stashes obsolete.
